Questions before you commit? Ask them.
We'd rather you reach out with doubts than join uncertain. Clarity first, commitment second.

Before you email, check if we've already answered
Which programme suits my child?
Age groups guide the initial choice, but if you're between two programmes or your child's understanding doesn't match their age, email us with details. We'll recommend the better fit based on what you describe.
Can multiple children share one programme?
If they're in the same age bracket, yes. If there's more than a two-year gap, they'll benefit more from separate age-appropriate programmes, though the Complete Family Framework covers everyone.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 14 days of purchase, full refund if you're not satisfied. After that, we assess on a case-by-case basis. We want families who benefit from our programmes, not those who feel stuck with them.
Can schools or organizations partner with you?
Yes. Email us with details about your setting, student numbers, and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll arrange a conversation to discuss how our programmes might adapt to your context.
Are your programmes online or in-person?
Primarily delivered through online resources you use at home, plus optional online group sessions. Some areas have in-person workshops available. Ask about your location.
What if we need to pause mid-programme?
Life happens. Just let us know. We'll extend your access period so you can resume when you're ready. No penalties, no pressure.
What we can help with
Common reasons families contact us before joining:
- Unsure which programme matches your child's current understanding
- Questions about how the programme fits around school and activities
- Wondering if this will work with a resistant or disengaged child
- Concerns about your own financial confidence as a parent
- Specific accessibility needs or learning differences to accommodate
- Bulk or organizational pricing for multiple families or schools
- Partnership opportunities for community organizations
Don't hesitate to ask. Genuine questions get genuine answers, not sales pitches.
"I emailed three times before joining, each time with different worries. Marcus answered thoroughly every time, never rushed me. That patience sold me more than any marketing could."
— Alison T., parent
A note about response style
We don't use template responses. Your questions get read by humans who understand the programmes intimately. Expect considered answers, not quick corporate speak.
If your question needs more than an email exchange to resolve, we'll suggest a phone call. Some conversations work better spoken than typed.
